If a provider in your office wants their own individual account and profile, we also offer a special discount code for additional providers, costing $15 per month.

When you select teletherapy as one of the ways you provide services in your profile, an “Offers Teletherapy” badge is automatically displayed on your profile so clients can easily see that teletherapy is available.

Yes. People can save your profile to their Favorites, making it easy for them to return to your information when they’re ready to connect.

Yes. You can log in anytime to update your information, make changes to your profile, or upload a new photo whenever you need.

You can change your name through your account settings. Your new name will automatically update throughout your profile and Calendar & Booking system.

However, your profile link is based on your first and last name. If you change your name, your profile link will also change. Your profile will remain active, but any previously shared links will no longer work. Be sure to use your new profile link going forward.

Yes. You can cancel your account at any time. There are no contracts or long-term commitments.
However, cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Your account will remain available through the end of the period you have paid for.

When your account is canceled, you will lose access to your profile, Calendar & Booking system, appointments, intake forms, and documents associated with your account, including past, current, and future appointments.
