About Hope Jackson, BSDH, RDH, COM®
Hope Jackson, BSDH, RDH, COM® is a Registered Dental Hygienist, certified Orofacial Myologist, and Board Examiner for the International Association of Orofacial Myology. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2003 and has been registered with the South Dakota State Board of Dentistry since 2003. Hope has been part of the Jackson Dental team since 1998 and returned to the practice alongside her husband, Dr. Christopher Jackson, in 2007 after completing her education. Over the years, she has developed a strong passion for airway health, oral function, and comprehensive patient care. With advanced training in myofunctional therapy, Hope works closely with both children and adults to identify and address concerns related to tongue posture, swallowing patterns, mouth breathing, sleep-disordered breathing, oral muscle function, and craniofacial development. Her approach combines evidence-based therapy, patient education, and collaborative care to support long-term oral and overall health outcomes. As a Board Examiner for the International Association of Orofacial Myology, Hope helps uphold and advance standards within the profession through education, mentorship, and clinical excellence. She is passionate about increasing awareness of the connection between oral function, airway health, and whole-body wellness through collaborative, patient-centered care.
