Lisa Klein MS CCC- SLP is the owner and director of Lisa Klein Speech, an adult and pediatric private practice located in Santa Monica, California.
Lisa graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. She earned a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and licensed by the State of California. Lisa is CASANA Recognized for Advanced Training and Expertise in Childhood Apraxia of Speech, as well as having been awarded the ACE Award by the Continuing Education Board in recognition of continued professional study.
She has worked as a Speech Pathologist for over 18 years, in private practice and rehabilitation hospitals. Lisa evaluates and treats both children and adults with a variety of disorders including: CAS-Childhood Apraxia of speech, Autism, Orofacial Myology, feeding aversions, phonological/articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, Aphasia, brain injury, stroke, cognitive-linguistic deficits, Dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) and Dysarthria.
Lisa collaborates with a team of professionals to ensure the best approach and treatment for each client. As a dedicated, hardworking and passionate therapist, she implements the most innovative and effective treatment into every session, and is a true advocate for her clients.
