Becky has been an RDH for over 30 years and worked both in Texas and Michigan in private dental practices. Upon moving to Michigan, she was brought on staff for the Dental Hygiene program at Kalamazoo
Valley Community College(KVCC). Becky was mentored by Marge Snow, one of the trailblazers in Orofacial Myology to who pioneered a full year Orofacial Myology course built into the dental hygiene curriculum. After Marge’s retirement from KVCC in the 90’s, Becky became, and still is, the instructor of this course. Becky also works as a Certified Orofacial Myologist(COM®) at Kalamazoo Speech Associates, a private speech/ orofacial myology clinic. Additionally, Becky is the Chair of the Board of Examiners for the International Association of Orofacial Myology(IAOM). She is also on the IAOM Board of Directors. In 2014, Becky joined forces with Sandra Holtzman as an instructor for teaching Introductory courses through Neo-Health Services (NHS). She also provides presentations and other training courses throughout the US and Canada.
