About Gabriella Goytia, RDH, OMT
Gabby is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist dedicated to helping children and adults improve their breathing, oral function, sleep quality, and overall well-being through a collaborative, whole-person approach to care.With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Gabby brings a unique perspective that bridges dentistry and functional therapy. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Cypress College and has extensive experience working alongside general dentists, pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and airway-focused providers. Her passion for identifying the root causes of oral dysfunction led her to pursue advanced training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy.
Through Pathway Myo, Gabby specializes in evaluating and treating conditions related to improper oral habits and muscle function, including mouth breathing, tongue thrust, low tongue posture, tethered oral tissues (tongue-tie), chewing and swallowing dysfunction, and symptoms associated with sleep-disordered breathing. She works closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers including ENTs, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, speech-language pathologists, and bodyworkers to ensure each patient receives comprehensive, individualized care.
Gabby is known for her compassionate, encouraging approach and her ability to connect with both children and adults. She believes that education empowers families and strives to make each step of the therapy process understandable, achievable, and supportive. Her goal is to help patients develop healthy oral function that supports lifelong health, confident smiles, restful sleep, and improved quality of life.
